Preparing Your Tree for Collection

Simply place your tree at the front of your property where it’s easily visible for our driver. Can’t be home on the collection day? No worries! Leave clear instructions at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. For business premises collections, please include your opening hours and any special instructions.

Collection Schedule and Booking

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the desired collection day and within our Metropolitan boundary. All chosen dates need to be approved. For your convenience, we also provide a collection timetable. If collection is delayed, we continue to service later than scheduled and will confirm the new date via SMS. Full refunds apply before the collection date.

Eco-Friendly Disposal

Your collected tree doesn’t go to waste. It’s transported to a green waste recycling plant where it’s turned into mulch and returned to the earth.
