Which Tree Should You Choose?
Pinus Radiata is what most people picture — the classic Christmas pine, grown on our own farm and cut the morning of delivery. It holds its shape, takes a heavy ornament, and comes in every size from 3ft to 8ft. It’s the right choice for most homes.
Douglas Fir is the European tree, grown in NSW by one specialist grower and rarely sold in Australia. Softer needles, better retention, a sharper scent. Limited numbers each season.
Potted trees are living rather than cut. You keep the tree and use it again next year, which suits smaller spaces and anyone who’d rather not deal with disposal.
Sizing Your Tree
Measure floor to ceiling and subtract about 30cm for the stand and the topper. A standard 2.4m ceiling suits a 6ft tree comfortably. Rooms with height — stairwells, double-height living areas, office foyers — take 8ft and up.
Every tree includes free delivery across Melbourne metro, seven days a week from 21 November to 24 December. Installation into your stand and January collection can both be added at checkout.
