Collection Options: Tailored to Your Needs
We offer two types of collections:
- Specific Collection Day: For a higher fee and based on availability, we can collect your tree on a specific day, even before Christmas.
- Timetable Collection: Our most popular and cost-effective option, especially when purchased with your tree. Simply leave your tree outside on the designated day, and we’ll handle the rest.

Preparing Your Tree for Collection
Whether you’ve chosen a Specific Collection Day or are following our Timetable Collection, preparing your tree for pick-up is simple:
- Easily Visible Location: Place your tree outside where it is easily visible from the road. The nature strip is ideal, but near the bins can work too.
- Indoor Trees: If the tree is inside and/or a business premises, please let us know if specific business hours apply to the collection. This information is crucial.
- Tree Size: Inform us if your tree is 8ft or larger. Specially-sized trees require extra room in our vehicles.
Remember, Christmas trees are much lighter after the festive season, making it easy for you to move them outside for collection.
Eco-Conscious Collection
We’re proud to provide an environmentally friendly service. Every tree collected is taken to a green waste recycling centre or back to our farm to be turned into mulch. And for every tree harvested, one or two are planted in its place. We optimise our delivery routes for minimal environmental impact, so you can enjoy your festive season knowing you’re doing your part for the planet.
