It’s important to remember that real Christmas trees are a natural product and, just like people, no two are exactly alike. They come in all shapes and sizes – that’s part of their charm and the magic of having a real tree in your home. Nature crafts each one individually, so variations in shape, size, and fullness are to be expected.

We put great care into selecting the finest trees from the Christmas tree farm. However, nature’s variety means that, on rare occasions, a tree might not meet your expectations or our usual high standards. If this happens, please reach out to us. We’re committed to making your holiday season as joyful as possible and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with your fresh Christmas tree, here’s what you can do:


We typically don’t accept returns on fresh Christmas trees after delivery unless there’s a problem on our end. If you think your tree is damaged or doesn’t meet our usual high-quality standards:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. If we agree that there’s an issue, we’ll set up a refund or exchange for you.
  3. The new tree (if you choose an exchange) will be delivered on the next available date.


Should we approve your return, we’ll process your refund using the original payment method within 7 business days.
