Welcome to Real Christmas Trees Melbourne! We’re excited to share the holiday spirit with you. Please take a moment to read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website (the “Service”).

- Our Christmas Trees
Our real Christmas trees are naturally grown, and each one is unique – that’s the beauty of nature! Please note that photos of Christmas trees on our website may differ from the actual Christmas tree delivered.
All Christmas trees are sprayed with pesticides. Since Christmas trees are a natural product, it’s normal to find some insects. We recommend spraying your Christmas tree with a household pesticide (like Mortein) upon arrival.
- Delivery and Collection
All online orders of real Christmas trees include FREE delivery and optional collection within the Melbourne Metro area from November 22nd to December 24th. Delivery outside these dates is by appointment only and incurs an off-season delivery charge. Deliveries to the CBD and certain distant locations will incur a surcharge.
- Pricing and Payments
All prices for Real Christmas Trees and other products listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are final. All payment data is secure, and we don’t store your credit card information.
- Account Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password. If you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
- Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Real Christmas Trees Melbourne and its licensors.
- Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
