Christmas tree care
- Best caring for this Christmas tree, is to place it away from direct sunlight, especially afternoon sun. Keep away from windows facing west (sunset window).
- Keeping your tree away from heat or extreme cooling sources like directly in the way of an A/C and sunlight can help it stay fresh longer. Using LED lights can also reduce heat exposure.
- For maximum life, just like a flower keep it in water and check if there is plenty of water daily. A good Christmas tree stand has a water storage inside it to keep the Christmas tree fresh. The water will need to be topped up daily for maximum length.
- If possible, slice off 2 to 5cm’s off the trunk before setting up into a stand.
- Your tree is 100% recyclable and can be composted or chipped into mulch after the holidays. We can collect your Christmas tree as part of our collection service.

The delivery last year was late from what I was told and I was not very happy, although the tree was good and i was able to order online which is easy enough for me.
Suzi O’Dell (verified owner) –
I received my tree yesterday, looks good, smells great – but I was dismayed to see the delivery bloke just dragging the tree along the concrete all the way up my long driveway by the base – really? A bit more care by the guys delivering your beautiful trees would be good.
Lyn Lui –

Anna-Marie Hendricks –
The thought of getting a Christmas tree delivered to my home seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately the delivery was late by a few hours and I ended up waiting anxiously. When the Christmas tree arrived, it was one of the best fresh Christmas trees I have had. Was it worth the wait? It is a personal choice, next time I will only get it dropped off and avoid the wait, then I would give 5 stars.
Kiyan Young –
